How We Help
We provide support for urgent and/or temporary situations. These can include hospital or rehab transitions, sudden health changes, short-term family absence and emergency coordination.
Concierge Care Coordination
We participate in appointments with physicians and specialists, communicating with healthcare providers (with authorization), organizing medical records and care documentation, tracking treatment plans and follow-up recommendations and clarify next steps.
Lifestyle & Quality of Life Support
Because care is more than medical needs we offer a number of resources for social engagement and companionship, transportation coordination, seasonal home or storm preparation and readiness. We can also assist during travel or family visits.
Family Liaison
Ideal for adult children who live out of town. We complete regular check-ins with our managed individuals and provide updates to family members, coordinate with local professionals, problem-solving and decision support.

Welcome, and thank you for your interest! I am the founder of Alpine Care Concierge, a personalized care coordination and advocacy service rooted in the Vail Valley. A longtime local, I bring a deep understanding of both the community and the unique challenges of navigating healthcare in a mountain environment. With more than 20 years of experience in personal insurance and health coverage—including private plans, Medicare, and Medicaid—I offer clients a rare combination of expertise, discretion, and strategic guidance.

My perspective was profoundly shaped by a serious personal health journey that required extended care between Denver and Eagle County. Through that experience, I recognized how even the most capable individuals can benefit from thoughtful, on-the-ground support when managing health, recovery, and daily life. I have a calm, capable presence and an ability to simplify complex systems while advocating fiercely on behalf of my clients.
